ANG hirap sa paghinga o asthma, ang isa sa pinaka-nakakatakot na maranasan ng isang bata o matanda ngunit ito’y pangkaraniwan na. 

Ang asthma kung saan higit sa 15 milyong katao sa ating bansa ang nagkakaroon nito. Ito ang pangunahing dahilan, kung bakit naoospital ang mga kabataan.
